I spent the first part of my career building critical systems at Tier-1 investment banks — Deutsche Bank, Sberbank, UniCredit. Board meetings, £5M portfolios, managing environments that couldn’t fail.
But while managing millions by day, I was building something else by night. I didn’t have a lab — I had a living room. I rigged a sliding wardrobe rail to move a 3D sensor and used a car power window motor to spin a turntable.
That tinkering turned into Texel — a Top-3 global 3D body scanner deployed in 30+ countries, generating multi-million revenues, backed by Founders Factory and Marks & Spencer. I hold 3 US Patents in AI-powered virtual fitting.
Now I build GenAI products with the same discipline: production AI systems where unit economics matter, not just impressive demos.
I operate at the intersection of Product, Capital, and Code. I think about ventures like an investment banker, build like an engineer, and sell like a founder.
